Ruritan club serving Three Chopt in Fluvanna County. Hosts an annual vendor craft fair at its Three Chopt Community Center in Troy. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
