Three Fountains North Civic Association

Civic association for the Three Fountains North subdivision in northern Henrico County. The association owns and has long maintained Lake Overton, and in 2024 partnered with Henrico County on the lake's restoration — erosion control, native plantings, and a planned walking trail connecting the neighborhood to Three Lakes Park.
