Ruritan club serving Walters in Isle of Wight County. Chartered in 1949. Participates in the Adopt-A-Highway program and maintains a club building and storage shed. Ruritan is a rural and small-town service organization founded in Holland, Virginia in 1928, built on fellowship, goodwill and community service.
