Westhaven Tenants Association

Tenants association for Westhaven, the oldest of Charlottesville's public housing communities, off Hardy Drive in the 10th & Page neighborhood. Residents organize around maintenance, redevelopment and community events, including the long-running Westhaven Community Day.
