Willow Lawn Civic Association

Civic association for the Richmond City homes between Willow Lawn Drive and Westmoreland Street, and between Monument and Patterson Avenues, near the Willow Lawn shopping center. The group organizes neighbor events and supports local causes such as the Evelyn D. Reinhart Guest House at St. Mary's Hospital.
