A volunteer-run nonprofit swim and recreation club serving the Willow Oaks neighborhood of Hampton, established in 1966. It runs the neighborhood pool and clubhouse, with swimming lessons and a swim team. The city places it in Neighborhood District 4. Annual memberships are optional and open to people living outside the neighborhood as well as in it.

Schedule: The board meets monthly and asks anyone wishing to attend to email for a place on the agenda.
