A restored Art Deco single-screen theatre in the heart of downtown Ashland, the Ashland Theatre rents its stage and seats for performances, private screenings, corporate gatherings, dance recitals, and birthday parties. The Main Auditorium seats 268 to 276 guests in front of a 26x18 ft performance stage, with Sony 4K digital projection, a 23-foot retractable HD screen, and 7.1 surround sound. A balcony-level VIP Lounge hosts 8 to 12 guests in a private setting, two backstage green rooms (with showers) support performers, and two concessions bars offer beer, wine, spirits, and full ticketing services. The famous neon-and-bulb marquee can be rented for personalized messages — a memorable touch for premieres, proposals, or any kind of celebration. The venue is fully ADA accessible with ample free parking within a five-minute walk.
