Earlysville Fire Company Banquet Hall

The Earlysville Volunteer Fire Company's banquet hall is a single room of 3,200 square feet at the back of its station on Reas Ford Road, with its own entrance and foyer. It seats up to 250, and the fire code allows 425 standing. The fire company provides rectangular tables and metal chairs, a stereo with speakers, and an overhead projector; white tablecloths cost extra. The service kitchen can warm or chill food a caterer brings in, though it has no cooking equipment. The hall has restrooms, is wheelchair accessible, and has parking for 100 cars. Rent is charged by the hour. The hall holds a Virginia ABC license, and any event that serves alcohol must have an Albemarle County deputy on duty throughout, for an added hourly fee. The hall is closed to new bookings while the station is renovated.
