The Weinstein Jewish Community Center on Monument Avenue rents rooms to members and the public for weddings, meetings, workshops and parties. The center has been on this site, just inside Henrico County near Willow Lawn, since 1959. The Israel November Auditorium has a stage and holds about 200. The Sisisky Family Community Room holds about 100, the William B. Thalhimer, Jr. Room about 30, and the Selma and Jacob Brown Senior Center and the Sydney and Frances Lewis Room about 20 each. The building has a kosher kitchen and a separate non-kosher kitchen, so renters may bring either kind of caterer. Parking is on site, and requests go through a form on the center's website.
