GuildeHall keeps a directory of nonprofit-owned event venues across central Virginia. Every venue takes inquiries; member venues can be booked and paid online. Here's what booking looks like:
How online booking works
Explore venues using our interactive map of Central Virginia properties. Click any venue to view details, photos, available spaces, and learn about the nonprofit organization you'll be supporting.
Request your date by selecting your preferred space and time. You'll provide basic event details—type of event, expected guests, and any special requirements.
Get approved fast. Hosts respond within 48 hours. Once approved, you'll get a payment link for the rental fee plus a 5% service fee.
Complete checkout with our streamlined payment process. Liability insurance is required for all events—we'll email you a pre-filled insurance form to make this easy. Any required security deposit will be collected and refunded after your event.
